ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:
All orders qualify for free domestic shipping to addresses within the continental United States.
Optional Express and Overnight shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@shopkookla.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
